At eWAKA, we take pride in delivering high-quality products and services, ensuring the reliability and performance of every bike or part you purchase. As such, we do not accept returns unless the item has a manufacturing defect.

 

In such cases, we provide a one-year warranty on electrical components and a three-year warranty on the frame.

To ensure a smooth warranty process, kindly retain your proof of purchase and report any defects as soon as possible. Our team will assess the issue and guide you through the necessary steps for repairs or replacements. Please note that our warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
